1 Eligibility for Refunds

Eligible Purchases

  • Pro License ($29 one-time) — refundable within 30 days
  • Team License ($59 one-time) — refundable within 30 days
  • Purchases made directly through our website

Non-Refundable

  • ❌ Free Tier (no payment involved)
  • ❌ Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • ❌ Licenses that have been transferred to new hardware
  • ❌ Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting support

2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with the following information:

  1. Your order number or purchase receipt
  2. The email address used for the purchase
  3. Your Hardware ID (visible in the Pro activation dialog)
  4. A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

3 Processing Time

  • Response time: Within 1-2 business days
  • Refund issuance: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Refunded to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
ℹī¸ Note: Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Pro features or revert to the Free tier.

4 License Transfers vs. Refunds

If your issue is hardware-related (new computer, hardware failure), you may prefer a license transfer instead of a refund:

  • Each license allows one free transfer per 12 months
  • Transfers do not affect your purchase date or refund eligibility
  • Contact support with both the old and new Hardware IDs

5 Common Refund Scenarios

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • The Software doesn't meet your workflow needs
  • You purchased the wrong license tier
  • You accidentally purchased a duplicate license
  • Technical incompatibility that support cannot resolve

⚠ī¸ Requires Support First

  • signtool.exe not found: We'll help you install Windows SDK before refunding
  • Hardware ID mismatch: Usually fixable via transfer or reactivation
  • Azure Trusted Signing issues: We'll troubleshoot Azure configuration first

❌ Not Eligible

  • You want to use self-signed certs for public distribution (this is against the EULA regardless of refund)
  • You're trying to circumvent hardware binding
  • Request made after 30-day window

6 Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a dispute without first attempting resolution may result in:

  • Immediate license revocation
  • Hardware ID blacklisting
  • Inability to purchase future licenses
⚠ī¸ Important: We respond to all support emails within 1-2 business days. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any issue before escalating to your payment provider.

7 Free Tier & Trial Usage

The Free tier provides unlimited evaluation of the Software's core features. We strongly recommend testing the Free tier thoroughly before purchasing Pro or Team to ensure the Software meets your needs.

8 Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
